What is Zipkro?

How does Zipkro work?

Zipkro works just like other cashback sites. You log in and find the retailer where you want to shop. Click the store’s offer on Zipkro to be redirected to the retailer’s site. Shop as usual and place your order. The retailer pays Zipkro a commission for referring you. Zipkro passes most of that commission back to you as cashback. After the purchase, Zipkro will track your order: initially the cashback shows as Pending, and it becomes Confirmed once the retailer’s return/exchange window ends. Then you can withdraw your confirmed cashback.

Is Zipkro free?

What is cashback?

Cashback is a portion of your purchase amount that is returned to you as cash or voucher after shopping through Zipkro. In effect, the retailer pays Zipkro a commission for referring you, and Zipkro shares most of that commission with you. So instead of just spending, you earn back a percentage of your spend after the retailer confirms the sale.

Are Zipkro coupon codes verified?

Yes. Zipkro regularly verifies and updates its coupon codes to help users find valid offers. The site checks that each code is working, but be aware retailers can expire codes at any time. Always double-check the details on the Zipkro store page before using a coupon to ensure it’s still valid and applies as expected.

Can I use coupon codes and still earn cashback?

In most cases, yes. If you use a coupon code listed on Zipkro, you’ll get the coupon discount and earn the listed cashback on your purchase. Zipkro’s coupon codes are meant to stack with cashback. However, do not use codes from other sites or sources — using an unlisted or unauthorized code may void the cashback tracking. Why hasn't my cashback appeared yet?

Cashback doesn’t show up instantly. First, Zipkro must track your order, which can take 5 minutes up to 72 hours depending on the store. Once tracked, your cashback shows as Pending. Then the retailer’s return/exchange period (often 2–4 weeks) must expire before your cashback is confirmed. Overall this process can take a few days to several weeks. You’ll get an email or SMS when tracking completes, and your account will update when it’s confirmed.

What does Pending Cashback mean?

“Pending” means the shop has successfully tracked your order but has yet to confirm it. All orders start with a status of pending cashback. Your purchase will be inspected in this period (usually, the retailer’s return policy timeframe). When the return/exchange time expires (typically ~30 days) and the merchant confirms the sale, Zipkro changes the status to Confirmed. Your cashback will be in Pending status till then.

What is Confirmed Cashback?

Cashback marked as "Confirmed" has been approved as valid by the vendor. This implies the shop has finished its returns/exchanges check and your purchase is final. The cashback has been verified and can be withdrawn. (Once you have earned the minimum confirmed cashback (e.g. ₹250 or similar), you can transfer it to your bank or redeem it as a gift card.)

What is the difference between Rewards and Cashback?

On some platforms, “Rewards” (or points) differ from cash; Zipkro’s model is similar. Cashback can be paid out as cash to your bank or as gift cards. Rewards, if offered, usually cannot be transferred to a bank account – they can only be redeemed for gift cards. If Zipkro uses a rewards system, expect similar rules: only gift cards, no bank payout.

Why was my cashback rejected or cancelled?

Cashback may be cancelled (rejected) for several reasons. Common causes include: your order was returned/cancelled or payment failed; you left the site before purchase (breaking tracking); you used a coupon not listed on Zipkro; or you opened another cashback/comparison site during the process. Zipkro cannot override retailer rules: if the retailer doesn’t honor the commission, the cashback is cancelled. To prevent this, follow Zipkro’s steps precisely (stay logged in, use listed codes, etc.).

Can I earn cashback on every purchase?

*Valid on qualifying purchases. Cashback is subject to the retailer and the specific promotion. Some merchants or products (e.g. gift cards, auctions or low-margin items) may not be included. Zipkro lists the terms for each promotion on the store page so always check the eligibility before you buy. If a transaction is not eligible then you will not receive cashback.

How long does cashback take to become confirmed?

The confirmation time varies by retailer. Typically, it takes 10–60 days after purchase for the cashback to confirm, because Zipkro waits out the retailer’s return/cancellation window. During this time your cashback stays Pending. Once the store reports back (often 1–4 weeks later), Zipkro updates your account from Pending to Confirmed.

Can I use Zipkro on my mobile phone?

Yes. Zipkro is fully accessible on mobile browsers and where available, on its mobile app for Android/iOS. Find deals, use coupons and get rewards from your smartphone or tablet exactly like on a PC. Just sign in via your device’s browser or app and shop as you normally would.

Do I pay extra when shopping through Zipkro?

No. Shopping via Zipkro does not change the price of items. Retail prices and shipping costs remain exactly the same as they would be without Zipkro. Zipkro simply tracks your purchase in the background. You pay the normal store price and then earn cashback back. In fact, you often save more, since you also apply discounts and get money back. (The prices seen after clicking through Zipkro are the same as on the retailer’s site.)

Does Zipkro sell products?

No. Zipkro does not sell any products itself. It’s an affiliate platform. When you shop, you are purchasing directly from the retailer’s website. Zipkro’s role is only to provide links, coupons, and track your cashback. You complete payment and orders on the retailer’s official site (e.g. Amazon, Flipkart), not on Zipkro.

What happens if I return or cancel my order?

If your order is returned or cancelled, the associated cashback will usually be cancelled too. That’s because the retailer does not pay a commission for returned or incomplete sales. Zipkro can only get commission on successful, fulfilled purchases. So if you return an item, your pending cashback will not convert to confirmed, and will eventually be removed (often listed as ‘Cancelled’).

Can cashback be combined with bank offers?

Often yes, but it depends on the retailer. Many stores allow you to use your credit/debit card’s offers or bank promotions in addition to Zipkro’s cashback. Because these are separate savings, you can stack them (e.g., 10% off via a card + X% cashback). However, every promotion has its own terms, so always check that the retailer’s deal allows it. Zipkro itself does not restrict combining bank offers.

Is it safe to use Zipkro?

Yes. Zipkro merely redirects you to the official retailer’s website; you complete payment and checkout on the retailer’s secure site. Zipkro does not handle or store any payment information. In other words, “shop like you usually do” on the retailer’s site. Your transactions are protected by the retailer’s security measures. Zipkro simply helps you earn cashback and does not add any risk to your purchase.

How can I request my cashback payment?

Once your cashback is Confirmed and reaches the minimum payout threshold, you can request a payment. To request, log in and go to your account’s Payments section. Select “Request Cashback” and enter your bank details (or select gift card options). Verify any OTP and submit. If requesting a bank transfer, you will be paid by Zipkro’s payment partner; gift cards are emailed. Processing usually takes a few days (up to 7 days).

What if my cashback didn’t track?

If your cashback isn’t showing after a few days, you can submit a Missing Cashback claim. On Zipkro, find the “Missing Cashback” or support section and enter details like the retailer name, purchase date, order ID, and amount. Zipkro’s team will investigate and usually start tracking it within about an hour. A claim is processed and the cashback should appear within 5–60 minutes once approved.
